(1) It shall be lawful for the Federal Government to publish, in such manner as it may deem fit, the result of any test or analysis of any drug for public information and to pass such orders relating to the withdrawal of such drug from sale and its disposal as it may consider necessary.
(2) The Federal Government may, if it considers it necessary in the public interest so to do, publish for public information, in such manner as it may deem fit, any information relating to a drug or to the use of a drug in specified circumstances.
